Electrical Site Manager - Niyaa People : Job Details

We are actively looking for an Electrical Site Manager to join a private sector housing contractor based in Lincoln on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will receive a company vehicle, 25 days annual leave as well as a bonus scheme.As the Electrical Site Manager, you will receive:

• £50,000 - £55,000
• Company car or company vehicle
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Pension contributions
• 5% bonus scheme

As the Electrical Site Manager, your responsibilities will be:

• Supervising site operatives
• Travelling to various sites to assess the works of site electricians.
• Attend meetings with clients to update on the program of works.
• Ensuring all sites meet current health and safety regulations and legislation.

Qualifications/experience:

• Social Housing experience
• 2391 and 18th edition qualification
• SMSTS
• NICEIC in Solar PV
