We have an opportunity for an Electrical Supervisor to join our in house trades supervisory team.
The successful person will manage a small team of electricians who provide a variety of electrical installations and repairs.
You will maintain the high standards expected of this team and deliver excellent customer care at all times while working to tight deadlines. This is a role working in a fast paced environment that is frequently subject to change.
We are a forward thinking, values driven housing association. This role is a mobile working role, using our maintenance depot in Ecclesfield, Sheffield as an operating base. More about the role:
Reporting to the HMT Manager the role will entail working alone or as part of a small team. You will be an integral part of the HMT Supervisory team sharing your skills and experience with your colleagues and the other maintenance teams at SYHA. You will ensure that all electrical installations and repairs are compliant with the current regulations. In this role you will be working to achieve high standards of service delivery and excellent customer care at all times.
Your staff team will be carrying out works in the homes of our customers, and buildings owned or maintained by SYHA.
