Electrical Technician
Job Role
Due to continued growth our client based near Oakham have an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, dedicated individual to join their assembly and testing team as an Electrical Technician.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for all aspects of electrical wiring
- Able to follow wiring schematics and drawings
- Familiar with 12v negative earth machine wiring
- Assembly of electrical junction boxes and enclosures used on the sprayers
- Final termination and connection of sprayer wiring into junction boxes
- Functionality test all sprayer electrical systems
- Troubleshoot electrical issues on new and secondhand machines
Requirements
- Knowledge of agricultural machinery would be an advantage but not essential
- Adapting to varying machine specifications and customer requirements
- Work under own initiative
- Good Communication skills
- Accurate attention to detail
- Adhere to safe working practices.
- To be able to work as a team or as an individual to reach required goals.
Hours of Work and Pay
- Monday to Friday - 8am to 4.30pm
