Reed Engineering are working with a fantastic client in Darlington to help them with their search for a qualified Electrician.

Job responsibilities:

• Undertake a variety of contractual obligations encompassing the installation, repair, and maintenance of diverse electrical systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems, including circuit breakers and transformers, using a range of testing devices.
• Deliver comprehensive electrical support in residential environments, encompassing the installation, maintenance, and inspection of wiring, control, and lighting systems.
• Specialise in the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of solar panel systems, including associated components such as solar collectors, concentrators, batteries, pumps, fans, and support structures.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of electric vehicle charging points, ensuring optimal functionality through routine checks and troubleshooting.

Qualifications 

• Must have industrial/commercial background.
• Level 3 NVQ
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• ECS Gold Card

Monday to Friday and opportunity for overtime on the weekend.
