Electrician - Adore Recruitment : Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our client and to become part of a dynamic and growing team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems, with a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining electrical systems and components while ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and wiring.
• Inspect electrical components, such as circuit breakers and transformers.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Ensure all installations and repairs meet local electrical codes and safety standards.
• Work closely with customers and address their electrical needs and provide professional service.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to safety guidelines at all times.
• Provide accurate documentation of work performed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an electrician (minimum 5 years).
• Valid JIB Gold card
• SSSTS / SMSTS
• Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS 7671:2018 (18th Edition)
• NVQ3 & AM2
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, safety codes, and best practices.
• Full UK driving licence, own vehicle
• Own tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm (including 1 hour break)

Salary: 40k to 45k - depending on experience
