Electrician - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

We are sourcing an electrician for a progressive and fast-growing company based in Essex. They provide a wide range of electrical services in Essex and East London and are looking for a fully qualified electrician to join a dynamic team.

Job Description:We are seeking a skilled electrician with extensive knowledge and experience in both domestic and commercial sectors. The role involves varied tasks including consumer unit upgrades, property electrical maintenance, EICRs, domestic installations, and small commercial installations. This is a long-term position with an immediate start due to increased workload.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3
• 18th Edition
• Full UK Driving Licence (van and fuel provided)
• Minimum of 3-4 years' experience
• Testing and inspection qualification (City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent)

Responsibilities:

• Work independently and as part of our team
• Perform 1st fix and 2nd fix in both domestic and commercial settings
• Install various types of containment, mainly PVC conduit and chasing
• Provide own tools
• Cable pulling and management
• Install and/or replace single-phase distribution boards
