We are seeking an Employability Tutor to deliver a comprehensive 7-day course aimed at adult job seekers. This role is based in either a Further Education college in West London or South West London, with flexibility to accommodate the candidate’s needs. This position offers the potential for future opportunities to deliver additional courses.

• Conduct and facilitate a 7-day employability course designed for adult learners.
• Engage with job seekers to enhance their employment prospects through effective training and guidance.
• Prepare course materials and deliver presentations that are clear, informative, and engaging.
• Monitor and assess the progress of learners, providing feedback and support to ensure course objectives are met.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and learning.

• Must hold a recognised Teaching qualification.
• Must possess an Assessor qualification.
• Proven experience in delivering educational courses to adults, preferably job seekers.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.

• Competitive hourly rate of £30 - £35.
