Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging employability skills sessions, including CV writing, job search strategies, and interview preparation.
• Provide one-on-one career guidance, helping students set goals and create actionable career plans.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to ensure development.

Requirements (Skills / Qualifications / Experience):

• Preferably holds a Teaching Qualification
• Assessors Qualification is desired but not essential
• Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for education.
• Commitment to promoting student welfare and fostering inclusivity.
