Your Role

Take ownership of a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering tailored employee benefits solutions.

Build and nurture relationships with your existing book of business, while identifying and developing new opportunities within the market.

Provide expert advice on group pensions, group risk, healthcare schemes, and flexible benefits platforms.

Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring clients receive the best possible guidance.

Work collaboratively with a dynamic team of professionals who share your commitment to excellence.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as an Employee Benefits Adviser, with a demonstrable track record of success.

A transferable book of business or strong existing client relationships.

Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) is desirable.

A client-first mindset with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
