Job Title: Employee Engagement PartnerSalary: £56-62,000paLocation: Surrey (two days per week in office) JGA are partnered with a very well-known food retail company seeking an Employee Engagement Partner.The successful candidate will have extensive employee engagement experience with knowledge of delivery of engagement surveys and platforms. Core Responsibilities
- Managing Employee experience surveys.
- Partnering with Customer experience.
- Participating in regional L&D initiatives.
- Working on change management plans.
- Working closely with HR Business Partnering teams.
- Delivering training to enable Managers to enhance employee experience.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proven experience in team leadership.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
- Experience in Qualtrics and or Perceptyx nice to have but not essential.
