Scope of RoleAs an Employee Relations Advisor, you will support the ER specialist and lead on employee relations and case management within the region. This role involves working closely with HR Business Partners, Centres of Expertise, and Administrators to ensure policies and procedures related to employee relations are effectively implemented.
