Employee Relations Advisor - Gleeson Recruitment Group : Job Details

Location - West Midlands, hybrid working 20% of time across multiple locations

Salary - 45k to 50k

Position - Permanent

My client is currently looking for an experienced, empathetic individual who is ready to make a difference in this new exciting ER Advisor role. Could this be you?

Reporting to the Employee Relations Manager, you will be joining an expanding team in a company that has a business growth plan.

Having the ability to handle multiple cases at any one time.

You must be familiar with dealing through:

• Complex cases
• Sensitive scenarios
• Looking after employees
• Dismissals
• Up-skilling managers
• Reviewing caseloads
• Supporting on investigations
• Grievance
• Holding training sessions and delivering in a confident manor
• Updating policies and procedures
• Appeals

As an experienced ER advisor you will have had the above experience and must be open to travelling to multiple sites.
