Contract: Full-time, Permanent (38.75 hours per week)
Location: Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

In this role, you will provide expert advice and guidance to our managers, ensuring a fair, consistent, and supportive approach to people management. You will play a key part in fostering a positive and respectful working environment where our colleagues feel heard and supported.
