Job Description :

REED HR is delighted to support our public sector client who wishes to recruit for an exciting new role as HR Administrator Employee Engagement. 

This role will support the Employee Engagement & Internal Communications Team to achieve key deliverables in the Strategic Action Plan.

As an integral member of the team, the successful candidate will work across all areas of the organisation. As well as supporting internal communications within the organisation across a variety of platforms and mediums, the role will also support specific project communications engagement activities and internal events.

Responsibilities: 

• Support the development and sharing of internal communications, including editing and generating appropriate content and imagery, updating and maintaining our communications platforms.

• Support the team in the delivery of employee engagement activity, including employee surveys and internal recognition and engagement events.

• Support the team in the management and delivery of internal events, including employee conferences and events.

• Support internal activities and employee communications linked to a specific project.

• Support the development and delivery of communications to profile important milestones and project activities.

• Support the development and delivery of internal communications resources, including posters, newsletters, emails, videos, podcasts etc

• Help manage and support queries from across the business linked to our communications platforms and other general queries.

Essential Criteria:

Minimum of 3 GCSE’s at Grade C or above or equivalent, including English & Maths or alternatively, be able to demonstrate at least 2 years relevant experience in a similar post

Possess work experience gained in a customer focused environment. Work experience in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to work under pressure

Awareness of internal and external customer expectations. Ability to work confidentially with sensitive information and documents.

Proven use of computer software to develop and create reports and documents

Able to work on own initiative with strong will to complete workload efficiently. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and third parties. Approachable and engaging.

Desirable:

Experience or qualification in events or Marketing/PR/Branding

Work experience in supporting events.

Experience of using SharePoint and CMS systems.
