Location: Wembley (3 days working from home)Salary: Up to £35,000 + excellent benefits

Overview:

Working for a leading housing association, you will holistically support residents progress into employment and training opportunities whilst engaging internal and external stakeholders to achieve success.

A typical week:

• Support a caseload of residents
• Provide in depth Information, Advice & Guidance
• Deliver employment & training focused support
• Engage community partners & employers

You'll need the following:

• 4 years + employability or related sector experience
• Confident communication & engagement skills
• Detailed orientated with a thorough approach to work
• IAG qualification or willingness to complete
