Your Role: Empowering Clients and Driving ComplianceThis is a blended consultancy role, perfect for someone who loves both giving expert HR advice and offering hands-on client support.

You'll work closely with clients to ensure their businesses remain compliant in today's ever-changing employment law landscape, delivering a mix of proactive guidance and practical assistance.

Your Responsibilities* HR & Employment Law Advice: Provide end-to-end telephone support to clients on a wide range of issues, including disciplinary and grievance matters, TUPE, and redundancy.* Hands-On Client Support: Offer ad hoc services such as chairing disciplinary or grievance hearings, leading exit negotiations, or delivering HR training tailored to client needs.* Tailored Solutions: Understand clients' unique challenges and provide customised support to help them navigate complex HR and employment law issues.* Compliance Champion: Keep businesses up to date with changing legislation, ensuring they remain compliant in an increasingly regulated environment.What You'll Need to Succeed* Expertise: Proven experience in advising on complex and varied HR and employment law issues.* People Skills: Tact, diplomacy, and outstanding oral and written communication skills to build trusted client relationships.* Autonomy: Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.* Passion: A genuine commitment to helping clients achieve their business goals and navigate challenging times.* Flexibility: Adaptability to work with a diverse range of industries and business sizes.
