Employment Paralegal - AJ Chambers : Job Details

We are working with a Well-Established Law Firm who are recruiting for an Employment Paralegal in the Colchester office.

The Role

Are you looking for an opportunity to qualify as a Solicitor within Employment Law? Want to work under the supervision of an experienced Partner with over a decade of Employment Law experience? This may be just the opportunity you are looking for!

Based in Colchester, this role will work within the Employment Team, gaining experience within a wide remit of Employment Law matters, both contentious and non-contentious, across both private and public sector businesses of all sizes, and representing both employers and employees.

The Candidate

You will have previous experience working as a Paralegal/Assistant within Employment supporting a Fee Earner with their caseload.

A driven and self-motivated individual who can build strong client relationships, alongside delivering excellent client care.

The Basics

Flexible working which includes either, 8 am to 4 pm, 9 am to 5 pm, or 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working and a highly competitive benefits package.
