• Restrictive covenant disputes
• Employment Tribunal litigation
• Day-to-day workplace issues for employers
• Settlement agreements (advising and drafting)
• Corporate support and employee handbooks
• Data protection issues in the workplace

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a highly experienced team, sharing knowledge and contributing to the development of the department.
