I'm working on a fantastic opportunity for an Employment Lawyer to join an internationally recognised, Top 50 firm in their Birmingham office. My client are looking to expand their highly successful and sought after Employment team by bringing on a highly ambitious, hard working and knowledgeable junior solicitor.The successful candidate will have at least one year employment law experience in commercial practice, and will deal assist clients from a range of industries with matters relating to:
- Strategic employment law advice
- complex employment tribunal claims
- cross-border issues
- Restructuring and redundancy
- Complex grievances at senior level (discrimination, whistle blowing, executive & board room issues)
- Various grievances leading to high court litigation
Typical matters will revolve closely around the M&A and outsourcing space, so an appetite, and previous experience with this type of work, and within a general corporate background will be beneficial but not essential.Salary: £65000-£85000 depending on experienceHybrid working availableIf you would like to discuss the role further, please send a message to
