What You’ll Do:

• Manage a diverse workload, represent clients in Tribunals and courts, and provide practical, accessible advice

• Proven expertise in employment law with the ability to manage tasks independently, supported by the team as needed
• Strong client relationship skills and a proactive approach to business development
• Experience mentoring junior team members and leading on key projects
