About the Role: You will be joining a dynamic team where you will:

• Manage your own caseload, advising on a variety of employment law issues within the education sector.
• Collaborate with colleagues and schools to provide practical and effective legal advice.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of employment law issues specific to the education sector, ensuring you share knowledge and expertise across the team.
• Proactively seek opportunities for cross-referrals and contribute to business development efforts.

Requirements:

• 4+ years PQE in Employment Law.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload with a strong understanding of employment law in the education sector.
