My client is a regional, well established law firm on the lookout for an Employment Solicitor to join their office in West London.Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in advising clients on a broad range of employment law issues, including contracts, dismissals, redundancy, and discrimination.
- Drafting legal documents, such as employment contracts, settlement agreements, and policies.
- Conducting legal research to support senior solicitors in complex cases.
- Assisting in the preparation of cases for Employment Tribunal hearings.
- Liaising with clients, counsel, and other third parties as required.
- Keeping up to date with changes in employment law and regulations.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor with around 2 years experience in employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proactive, with a commitment to providing high-quality client service.
