Senior Employment Solicitor/Partner

Venn Group are partnered with a progressive leading Northamptonshire firm who are looking for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their respected team.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a thriving legal practice while enjoying an energising work environment and opportunities for progression.

As a Senior Lawyer you would be responsible for a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including settlement agreements, TUPEs, discrimination and unfair dismissals.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with over 3 years PQE
• Experience in a variety of conentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Good communication, negotiation, and client management skills
