Employment Solicitor - Surrey About the Role: We are currently seeking an employment solicitor to join a regional firm in Surrey. Responsibilities: * Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on a range of employment law matters. * Handle a diverse caseload, including contentious and non-contentious employment issues. * Conduct negotiations, mediations, and tribunal hearings on behalf of clients. * Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions. Criteria: * Approximately 2+ years of PQE in Employment Law. * Demonstrated expertise in handling a variety of employment law cases. * Experience representing both employers and employees. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
