Description
* Effective day-to-day use of data and IT including telephone and specialist third party systems * Setting up new commercial customer accounts and ensuring tariff data is correctly uploaded* Maintaining and updating accurate customer records in compliance with data security standards* Assisting the Energy Contracts Manager in the production of performance statistics and reports for management reporting and Boards including energy sales, Heat Trust consumer protection standards and serviceperformance targets* Support in process analysis and identify key areas for improvement.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes
Profile
* Highly computer literate, capable of using a range of service-based IT systems * Medium to Advanced Excel Skills
* Capable of working to a consistently high standard in a customer-facing role * Good communication and inter-personal skills including the ability to clearly explain complex matters to customers* The ability to act calmly and effectively in potentially confrontational situations* Attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to prioritise and address competing customer needs * Willingness to learn and develop when adopting new systems and practices
