- Working within an outbound sales environment, engaging in proactive prospecting for business through outbound B2B sales calls.
- Initiating connections with key decision makers to grasp their business energy needs.
- Delivering personalised solutions and top-tier services (energy as a service) aimed at enhancing customer efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Securing customer interest and obtaining copies of their bills for further analysis.
- Executing consultations, negotiations, and closures of energy contracts.
- Cultivating enduring, trust-based relationships with clients to optimise future business opportunities.
- Attaining daily/weekly/monthly KPI targets in alignment with objectives such as call volume, duration, and financial goals.
Skills and Experience - Energy Sales Consultant:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Competent in achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth (KPI: Revenue)
- A results-driven attitude with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Self-motivation and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales is essential.
