Job Description :

Assure Personnel are pleased to be working with a fantastic longstanding client of ours based in Billericay to recruit a Client Engagement Manager to join their team. Our client partner with curious and driven individuals to challenge the status quo, engineering exceptional products that propel our clients forward.

This role offer hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.

Role Responsibilities:

Reporting into the Head of Operations & Delivery, the purpose of the Engagement Lead role is to provide project delivery support and assurance across a selected client portfolio, whilst ensuring optimal key stakeholder management.

  • Partner with diverse teams of deployed Consultants (of all levels and ranging from senior software engineers and data analysts to Partner level SME's) ensuring consistent engagement and supporting their project delivery efforts.
  • Responsible for compliance with engagement delivery processes, utilising agile methodologies.
  • Provide engagement reporting to both internal and external stakeholders including the monthly status, financial and delivery acceptance reporting.
  • Support our Engagement Management team to achieve ongoing project delivery success and identify continuous service improvement areas.
  • Successfully on-board consultants, adapting to the specific needs of our client portfolio.
  • Equally, work alongside our Sales team to ensure resource onboarding is prioritised effectively.
  • Successfully off-board deployed Consultants, ensuring intellectual property is transitioned back to the client.
  • Support change request processes, once amendments to our engagements have been agreed.

Experience and Skills:

  • Agile and Lean practices. You understand a range of Agile and Lean tools and techniques and advocate the use of them within our engagement methodology. You are innovative and ensure that you are up to date with the latest trends. You can establish a feedback loop for teams; you can take responsibility for the translation and measurement of value and ensure this relates to our project objectives. You can ensure the team has a situational awareness of work and priorities across the team. You can ensure that working practices are iterated to achieve effective delivery.
  • MS Office Proficiency. Advanced with Excel. Intermediate with Word, PPT. Beginner with Planner, Forms & Power Automate.
  • Financial management. You can support effective budget management within the constraints of the project. You know how to monitor projected budgets against expenditure.
  • Maintaining delivery momentum. You can solve issues and unblock problems. You know how to support your engagements, ensuring teams are working towards our delivery commitments. You can engage in elements of risk management such as effectively managing and tracking the mitigation of risks.
