Robert Half is collaborating with a leading global consulting firm to recruit an Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer with expertise in One Identity solutions. Experience with Safeguard is a desirable addition. This role supports a newly established team delivering a large-scale, impactful programme over two years.

• Company: Robert Half in collaboration with a leading Global Consulting Firm
• Contract Type: Initial 6-month Interim Contract (with a possibility to extend up to 2 years)
• Working Model: Remote (1 day a week in London would be nice)
• Rate: Competitive £650p/day via an FCSA accredited umbrella company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engineer and support solutions within One Identity IAM.
• Contribute to consulting activities, including project scoping and planning.
• Troubleshoot and address challenges in the IAM lifecycle.
• Collaborate across teams to enhance identity and access management strategies.
• Identify and propose opportunities for future project growth.

Desired Skills:

• Strong hands-on expertise in One Identity IAM solutions.
• Familiarity with Safeguard is advantageous.
• Proven success in engineering and managing IAM solutions.
• Consulting experience in project scoping and planning is a plus.
• Proactive and innovative problem-solving approach.
