Our clientOur client is a successful engineering business that continues to see significant opportunities for growth in existing and new markets.  As such, just are keen to appoint into an Engineering Manager role.  The opportunityAs Engineering Manager, you will provide effective leadership, management and development to an established team of Mechanical Design Engineers.  As part of the management team, you will play a pro-active role in identified opportunities for improvements in efficiency and design for manufacture whilst deliver high quality complex design led engineered products to a high profile customer base.  About youAs either an experienced Engineering Manager or a Principal Engineer with the appetite to move into a key leadership role, you will both a strong technical mechanical design expertise but also well developed communication skills to build effective relationships with a high profile and demanding customer base.  A real passion for design for manufacture, working closely throughout the whole business and plant to maximise effectiveness.  Previous experience gained in bespoke complex metal based products (fabrication, machining, forging etc) would be advantageous.  This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding engineering business as Engineering Manager to play a key role in the ongoing expansion.
