Engineering Lecturer - Reed : Job Details

• Annual Salary: Up to £36,413 including MFS per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
• Location: Worksop
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (37 hours per week, all year round) (Part-time will be considered)

• Deliver outstanding teaching and assessment up to Level 3, including study programmes, adult programmes, and apprenticeships in mechanical engineering, maintenance, mechatronics, and practical machining.
• Engage students in both workshop and classroom settings with an enthusiastic and motivating approach.
• Prepare educational materials and perform marking to support excellent teaching practices.
• Set SMART targets for students to help them reach their potential.
• Develop creative resources to inspire outstanding learning.
• Monitor and track learner progress to ensure positive outcomes.

• Vocational qualification at Level 3 or above in a relevant field.
• Relevant teaching qualification and assessor's award, or willingness to work towards these.
• Proven ability to engage and motivate students through a combination of practical, theoretical, and digital teaching methods.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and innovation in teaching practices.
