Engineering Manager/Head of Technology (Fire & Security) Role and Responsibilities:

• Overseeing Product Development to ensure all projects are effectively managed and stay on schedule.
• Ensure new products align with client expectations and undergo thorough testing before release.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to ensure the fixed installations division operates efficiently and manage targets to drive year-on-year growth.
• Reviewing departmental and divisional KPIs and ensuring that all areas of the department are working in line with expectations.
• Ensure all Health & Safety Requirements are met.
• Ensure the department operates in compliance with audit requirements.
• Monitoring and managing the development of all members within your department.
• Provide second line support to engineers.
• Ensure administrative duties are completed to a high standard.
• Leading the coordination team to ensure efficient scheduling of deliveries and collections, and that all necessary documentation is received and processed accurately.

Engineering Manager/Head of Technology (Fire & Security) Skills and Experience:

• Experience of working with CCTV Towers & the security hire market.
• Experience with technology-based fire and security systems
• Proficient in high-level report writing
• Strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service acumen
