SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Engineering Manager will have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience as a Software Engineering Manager leading teams of 4+ engineers
• Strong technical background, enabling effective guidance to the team
• Skilled in managing, motivating, and mentoring others to foster growth and high-performance
• Stakeholder management experience
