• Oversee and lead the engineering team, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.
• Lead system design initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering designs with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate documentation of engineering processes and specifications.
• Provide training and development to enhance team skills and knowledge.

• Proven experience in an engineering management role, preferably within manufacturing or the food sector.
• Strong understanding of system design principles and engineering methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with packaging and wrapping machinery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and maintain a collaborative work environment.
