Description

• Leading the Maintenance team to ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinating with various departments to address any engineering issues.
• Implementing preventive maintenance programmes to enhance equipment longevity.
• Overseeing shift operations and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the factory operations.
• Managing training and development of the engineering team.
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
• Collaborating with senior management to set engineering department goals.

Profile

You will be an experienced Engineering/Maintenance Shift Manager or Lead, that's worked in a food manufacturing environment, as well as:

• A recognised Engineering qualification (Electrical, Mechanical, Multi-Skilled)
• Proven experience in a leadership role within food manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems and machinery.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
