- Checking all systems been commissioned correctly.
- False alarm management & Proactive planning to reduce
- Stock & Asset Management
- Tech Support to engineers, colleagues & customers
- System functionality – Ensuring that systems remain online and providing any necessary support to internal colleagues to ensure systems are online and active
- Maintenance planning & reporting (Planned and reactive)
- Ensuring that all Technical works are captured for billing and billed accordingly
- Sim Management
- Ensure all PPM visits are carried out
About the Role
We are on the lookout for a dedicated Engineering Support Desk Administrator to play a pivotal role in our business operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the installation, management, and maintenance of our security systems.
- Ensuring all systems are consistently online and functional.
- Serving as a key liaison for both our valued clients and colleagues.
Our working hours are from 09:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and the position is based in our Leeds Head office.
