£55,000 - £60,000 + pension + free parking + 33 days holiday

Are you a technically proficient Engineer looking to use your expertise to advise and support clients? Do you enjoy providing solutions to problems?

This company specialise in the design and manufacture of bulk solids handling and processing equipment, widely used across industries like chemical, pharmaceutical, waste-to-energy, food, and confectionary. The company focuses on customized designs that best suit clients' needs, surpassing standard 'off the shelf' forms of equipment.

On offer is a technical advisory role where you will provide a consultative approach recommending the best equipment for a customer to solve their problem. You will be tasked with providing quotations for new work and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.

This role would suit an Engineer from a machinery design, sales engineer or mechanical background looking for an opportunity to use their technical expertise to solve issues, and ensure customers purchase the correct equipment.

THE ROLE

• Receiving enquiries, equipment design proposition, quote offer to customer
• Advising customers on how best to use our equipment
• Using technical skills to demonstrate to potential customers the value of buying our equipment, and how it will improve plant performance

THE PERSON

• Working knowledge of engineering mathematics and practical engineering
• Qualification - Degree in engineering or other related field
• Experience in machinery design OR engineering sales
