The Refugee Employability Programme is an established service, to support refugees arriving in England to access the tools they need to become fully independent and provide for themselves and their families.
We are looking for English Language Trainers to deliver effective and stimulating training programmes to support learners in their integration and employability journey.
Following recommendations in learners Individual Needs Assessment, work through a journey of training to raise the learner’s ability to Entry Grade English.
To work closely with the extended Operational team to identify areas of progress or challenges and customise the delivery to meet the individual needs of the learner.
The role will be covering local community hubs across Birmingham, Warwickshire including Coventry, Tamworth, Worcestershire and Great Malvern, therefore need to be a driver and have the flexibility to deliver to the customers they support.
