Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons in line with the KS3 & KS4 curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic and social development of each student.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual learning needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the English department and school.
• Establish effective communication channels with parents to ensure a collaborative approach to student development.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications.
• Experience teaching English at KS3 & KS4.
• Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
