• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to the needs of SEN students.
• Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other staff members.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to support diverse learning styles.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in SEN education.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Must be a Driver!
• Experience working with students with SEN, particularly in an English teaching capacity.
• Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with special needs.
