This is an exciting time for us at Solent University as we embark on a project to deliver a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution which covers HR, Payroll, Finance and Procurement.
Your focus will be on the HR element and you will already have experience within a process driven HR transactional role which covers the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to exit and everything in between. Previous systems implementation experience would be advantageous.
We are looking for someone who has a good knowledge and experience of HR and recruitment specific systems in general. Our current HR system is Resource Link (Zellis) and our recruitment system is Hireserve, so having knowledge or experience of these would be desirable but is not essential .
You will play a key role in helping us successfully transition from our current systems to our new Technology One solution as we adopt new ways of working.
Your role is to understand how we currently operate and what the new solution provides so that we can bridge the gap between the two and ensure that all of our processes are captured as required and these are tested before being finalised. You will also be required to liaise with our current team members to understand current ways of working as required and you will form part of a broader ERP project team which will work closely to deliver this project in August 2025.
This is a full-time role however part-time hours will also be considered. If you feel as though you could assist us in delivering this exciting project then we would be delighted to hear from you.
Solent University is currently implementing a new ERP system and we are looking to appoint an HR Coordinator Subject Matter Expert to join our ERP project team.
Key responsibilities include:
6. Assist the Business Leads with the configuration of the solution, including data entry

8. Guide other team members on the project to ensure the content is accurate.
9. Highlight issues relevant to project deliverables.
10. Identify and obtain approval for changes to rules, processes and policies.
Solent University offers an excellent benefits package.
