Our client whose solutions transform customer support operations through AI-powered conversation intelligence, has a platform that helps companies prevent churn, drive revenue growth, and optimize support operations through advanced pattern recognition and automated monitoring.
With a strong product-led growth foundation, they are now expanding into enterprise sales to accelerate market presence. In this key role you will be responsible for building and executing their enterprise sales strategy, working directly with the CEO to expand market presence.
This role is mainly a remote one, but the successful candidate will need to be happy to travel into Central London for team meetings and also have a willingness to travel to Europe and the USA.
