Role Overview - Trainee Financial Administrator:

• Support IFAs and Mortgage Advisers in preparing client files and records.
• Prepare reports and correspondence for Advisers and Paraplanners.
• Onboard new clients by entering their information into the system.
• Liaise with third parties to gather information on clients’ existing policies.
• Attend client meetings to assist with communications.
• Serve as the first point of contact for all client inquiries.

Key Requirements:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office is highly advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and a dedicated work ethic.
• A proactive approach to learning and development.

This role is ideal for candidates/ a Financial Administrator at the early stages of their career, whether you have foundational knowledge of the Private Client Wealth Management sector, experience in an FCA-regulated environment, or office administration experience of six months or more. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from £24,000 to £26,000, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Initially, the role will be office-based, with the option for hybrid working available upon successful completion of your probation period.
