Environmental Technical Sales Specialist (Basingstoke)

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

This is great opportunity for a technical sales specialist with a background in environmental business development and/or consultancy.

Our client is a geotechnical and geo-environmental consultancy based near Basingstoke, looking to expand their team and scope for projects. You'll be provided with the support and resources to contribute to business development, oversee projects and drive growth in the company.

The Environmental Technical Sales Specialist selected will be:

• Identifying new business opportunities.
• Profiling and responding to requests and quotes for work.
• Qualifying and tracking sales.
• Attending industry events to network and develop new leads.
• Responsible for maintaining relationships with team members and clients.
• Conducting market research to identify industry patterns.
• Promoting the business and its brand.

The Environmental Technical Sales Specialist role offers:

As a result, to be considered for this role you must have experience as a Technical Sales Manager and have an Environmental background (preferably with a familiarity in engineering). You must have experience in business development, sales processes and fee proposals, have relevant qualifications at A-Level or equivalent and/or a Bachelors degree in a relevant subject, have a full right to work in the UK and live commutable to Basingstoke.
