EPOS Trainer (6-Month Contract)
We are seeking an experienced EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) Trainer to join our team on an initial 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong retail background and experience in training staff on EPOS systems. This role combines technical knowledge with the ability to effectively train and support retail staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive EPOS training programs for retail staff at all levels
- Create training materials, user guides, and documentation for EPOS systems
- Conduct both group and one-on-one training sessions
- Provide floor support during new system implementations
- Troubleshoot basic EPOS issues and escalate complex problems appropriately
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness
- Maintain training records and produce progress reports
- Travel to different store locations as required
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience with extensive EPOS system usage
- Proven experience in delivering training or coaching in a retail environment
- Strong understanding of retail operations and procedures
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Patient and adaptable teaching style
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as an EPOS trainer or system champion
- Training qualification (PTLLS, CTTLS, or equivalent)
- Experience with multiple EPOS systems
