Reed HR are working with a Global Law firm to recruit a Diversity Equality Inclusion and Belonging Manager on a permanent basis. With over 80 offices worldwide, we are at the forefront of integrating emerging technologies and innovative strategies to enhance workplace diversity.

As a DEIB Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the strategic DEIB initiatives across international regions. You will lead efforts to develop localized plans that resonate with diverse teams and align with global objectives. Day-to-day of the role:•    Lead the development and implementation of localised EDI plans for international regions including Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Asia.•    Support international leaders in delivering the firm’s EDI objectives.•    Collaborate with the Head of EDI to shape and deliver sub EDI agenda plans.•    Implement the firm’s various EDI plans throughout the employee life cycle.•    Work with the wider HR team to ensure policies support greater inclusion and belonging.•    Partner with the Learning & Development (L&D) Team to shape the EDI plan and create content.

Required Skills & Qualifications:•    Strong expertise in DEIB, including sub-agendas, challenges, and current trends.•    Proven experience in designing and delivering localised evidence-based DEIB strategies in an international context.•    Skilled in using and analysing data to identify gaps/trends, inform DEIB strategies, and measure impact.•    Ability to build relationships and engage with a multitude of stakeholders, including at senior levels, to grow engagement and deliver change.•    Good understanding of Learning & Development and Policies in the context of DEIB.
