Our client, a London based Asset Manager, is currently looking to hire an equity analyst. The group are specialists within Emerging Markets Equities and are looking to hire a candidate to provide coverage of middle eastern financial equities, in particular banks.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading player in EM Equities, and would suit a candidate with a demonstrable passion for businesses within this space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct fundamental research and analysis on a wide range of Middle Eastern financials companies.
• Identify investment opportunities and generate actionable investment ideas for the portfolio managers.
• Build detailed financial models to forecast company performance and evaluate potential returns.
• Perform thorough due diligence on investment opportunities, including industry analysis, competitive positioning, and management assessment.

Requirements:

• 2 - 5 years’ experience within Asset Management or Equity Research.
• You must have exposure to MENA equities, preferably banks. Broader financials coverage will also be considered.
• Arabic language skills, whilst not specifically required, would be advantageous.
