Our clients, an award-winning mortgage brokerage based in Surrey, are rapidly expanding their team over the coming year, offering an incredible opportunity for the right individual. As a whole-of-market firm with over 30 years of combined experience and partnerships with over 300 lenders, their FCA-regulated team is highly knowledgeable, experienced, and well-connected.

The ideal individual will have a proven track record in writing consistent business and be able to handle additional leads effectively.

The successful Equity Release Adviser will be offered:

• £30,000 - £40,000 Basic salary
• Bespoke tired commission split
• OTE: £100,000 - £150,000
• IT equipment provided
• Free Parking
• Unlimited leads supplied

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday flexible hours
• Hybrid opportunity after 6 months
• Office-based environment

Equity Release Adviser requirements:

• Proven track record in writing business
• CeMAP Qualified
• CAS Status
• Confident telephone manner
• Positive attitude towards the industry
• Whole-of-market experience
• Ability to manage additional leads
