Equity Release Advisor Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert equity release advice to clients seeking to unlock the value of their property
• Assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions based on their financial goals
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, regulations, and product offerings
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
• Help clients make informed decisions for their retirement and long-term financial planning

Equity Release Advisor Requirements:

• Experience in financial services or a similar advisory role
• Full qualification in Equity Release (ER1, CeMAP, CeRER or equivalent)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail with a client-first mentality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
