You will provide expert support to a variety of applications into the USA userbase, working on USA business hours of 2pm - 10pm (GMT).

- As part of their continued growth into international markets, they are now recruiting for a System Support Analyst to join the technology function to support the userbase in the USA.
Description
- As the ERP System Support Analyst, you will provide software support for the organisation's central applications, predominantly at a 2nd Line level.
- This will be centrally focused around the ERP system, but you will have the chance to support a range of additional business critical software applications.
- You will work as part of a team, identifying issues through root cause analysis, troubleshooting to resolution, and escalating issues to the relevant Subject-Matter-Expert where necessary.
- In addition to the core elements of support, you will develop and maintain documentation, train staff on the use of new systems, and have input on project plans.
- The role will support the company's USA users, and therefore you will operate within USA business hours, which will work between 2pm - 10pm (UK time).
- The role will offer hybrid working flexibility, and will be office-based 3 days per week. As a result, we are looking for someone locally-based to Desborough.
Profile
As the successful applicant for the ERP System Support Analyst role, you will have the following experience:
- A minimum of 2-3 years commercial experience in an Application Support role at the 2nd Line level.
- This will preferably include support of an ERP system, such as SAP, JD Edwards, or an equivalent core business system.
- Knowledge of EDI processes and documents.
- SQL experience would be highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively, both independently, and within a team.
Job Offer
- Staring salary of £38,000 - £42,000 + Comprehensive Corporate Benefits.
