Essential skills tutor - Morgan Hunt Recruitment : Job Details

Morgan Hunt have partnered with an established training provider who are seeking to recruit an Essential skills tutor in the North East. This is a full time, permanent role working on site. The salary for this role is paying up to £28,000 per year. Your responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions in areas such as Performing Manufacturing Operations (PMO), Business Improvement Techniques (BIT), Warehousing; Health and Safety, and more.
• Support learners with tailored Information Advice and Guidance and tutorial sessions, fostering career readiness.
• Plan, prepare, and assess programmes that inspire and achieve results.
• Create and maintain high-quality learning materials and learner documentation.

Ideal candidate:

• A motivated individual with proven success in delivering training programmes.
• Delivery (or work) experience in manufacturing, logistics, or construction is highly valued.
• Strong ICT and administrative skills, with the ability to manage paperwork effectively.
• A commitment to UCQ's core values, safeguarding, and inclusivity.
• Relevant teaching or assessor qualifications (or willingness to work towards them).
